2. Service Description
FireForecast provides weather and forecast information powered by third-party data providers, including OpenWeather. Information is for personal, non-commercial use and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete.
3. No Safety or Emergency Use
The Service is not intended for emergency management, fire safety operations, or life-critical decision making. Always consult official sources and local authorities for emergency guidance.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer it, scrape content at scale, or use automated tools in a manner that degrades the Service or violates applicable law.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party services (for example, OpenWeather). Your use of such services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or outages.
6. Intellectual Property
FireForecast and its visual design, branding, and code are owned by FireForecast or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FireForecast will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if the Service is discontinued.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates the most recent update. Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.
